Fullstack Developer [Java / React] [ALL LATAM]

About the Role:

At Tekton Labs we are looking for a Senior Backend Developer specializing as a Fullstack Developer with Java + React or React Native for an exciting project with an international client in the banking and financial industry.

Main Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.

• Experience working with microservices architecture.

• Experience creating and integrating REST services.

• Solid experience using Spring Boot, including Spring Data, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud. Java 17/21.

• Experience of at least 2-3 years in React or React Native for the frontend.

• Knowledge and experience in Docker and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Azure preferred

• Experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) with tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or others.

• Experience in managing asynchronous communication using Apache Kafka.

• Previous experience in the fintech or banking sector (required)

• Intermediate level handling of design patterns and best practices.

Communication and management :

• Jira for task management.

• Agile : The team adopts Scrum and adheres to ceremonies such as:

  • Daylis

  • Refinements.

  • Retrospectives.

  • Planning.
