Marketing Manager at Tenor

As Tenor grows, we’re looking for our first Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a marketing generalist role, driving all of Tenor’s marketing activities, and reporting to an experienced founder. It’s a chance to build a brand, to help drive Tenor’s growth, and to help establish Tenor as the leader in an exciting new space.

We're a distributed team, with our founding team and main office in San Francisco. For this role, we're open to awesome candidates anywhere in North America.

You:

  • Are an outstanding communicator, both written and verbal

  • Have a strong eye for good design, and experience collaborating with designers

  • Have strong project management skills

  • Have understanding of SaaS business models

  • Are technically savvy, using AI in your day-to-day workflows

  • Have at last two years of marketing experience in the enterprise software space

  • Bring energy to your work, and are passionate about what you do

  • Are a self-driven, fast learner. You love nerding out on the latest GTM tools, strategies, and playbooks

  • Are a LinkedIn pro, with a deep understanding of how to leverage the platform to drive awareness and growth

The role:

  • Your north star will be Tenor’s growth. We’re bringing a transformational new technology to the world, and the more people we can tell our story to, the bigger the impact we can have. You’ll wake up every day excited about driving Tenor's growth.

  • Collaborating with Tenor’s designers and copywriter to create outstanding marketing materials that tell our story and drive interest (marketing collateral, ad creative, conference materials etc.)

  • Working with GTM tools like Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to research, build, and launch campaigns that drive awareness of Tenor

  • Creating and managing social media campaigns, with a focus on LinkedIn

  • Building Tenor’s brand voice and aesthetic, through how we show up via our marketing. In everything we do, you’ll ensure we’re projecting a vibe that inspires and excites our audience.

  • Project managing conferences, field events - driving everything from scoping out potential events, to lead follow-up after the event
