We are hiring a Ad Creative and Email Designer to design ads and emails for several of our clients. This job is entirely remotely based, working 4 full days per week.

To be seriously considered for this role, you also must:

✅ Be excited about marketing–it’s the wild west out there and there’s never been a better time to make an impact through strategic and tactical execution (a lot of brands are simply lazy.)

✅ Have experience designing ads for paid social (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok) as well as email marketing design

✅ Have experience designing in Figma

✅ Agency experience is not required but preferred–either way, you should be comfortable managing multiple projects at once

✅ Have a passion for working with home, health & wellness brands

✅ Bonus points if you also have experience with web/landing page design, and/or video editing

Requirements

As the Ad Creative and Email Designer, Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

Directly support the agency Founder, Lead Strategists and client CMOs with executing ad creative and email design projects

Proactively come up with ad creative and email design ideas that align with the brand but also drive performance

Are a team player, and willing to work together with a team to drive results for clients

Comfortable leaving your ego aside, and collaborating with team members to serve the best interests of the client and brand

Primarily working in Figma for static ad creative and email marketing design, but also other design tools as necessary, as well as the Google G-Suite of tools

$250 wellness stipend per month

Flexible work schedule! 4 Day Work Week (8am - 4pm EST Monday - Thursday)
