Creative Project Manager

Who We’re Looking For:

Therabody is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Project Manager to lead all video and photo retouching projects within the creative team. Success in this role requires seeing the big picture, defining specific goals for each product launch/relaunch, building programs and processes to scale, and then rolling up your sleeves and executing in a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment. You must be an independent, creative problem-solver with a proven ability to navigate tough deadlines and be able to lead multiple projects simultaneously. You excel in fast-paced and challenging environments and are comfortable thinking big while executing details flawlessly.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning and day-to-day operations of our video editing and photo retouching from concept through launch

  • Plan, schedule, prioritize and drive video and photo asset development

  • Partner with our production team and briefing functions across the business to understand requirements, deliverables, and timelines. Create workback schedules, accordingly

  • Participating in integrated creative review sessions with CMO; collecting feedback, and communicating it to relevant team members to ensure projects are completed on time and delivered to the expected high standard

  • Lead and coordinate development of video assets from inbound raw footage and photos through to final delivery and upload to our asset management system with media coordinator

  • Ensure the team understands the video & photo deliverables and deadlines while ensuring all necessary changes in between are being made

  • Work with the localization team to ensure configurations are translated accurately and on time to meet project schedule and quality requirements.

  • Identify, evaluate and mitigate project risks, track progress up to the successful delivery of final assets

  • Own quality control (QC) of all Video and Photography assets

  • Participate in and run project kickoffs, content meetings, team standups, content reviews, and other project-based meetings (agenda, feedback, and notes)

  • Onboard new processes, tools and workflows to improve the content team’s efficiency and efficacy

  • Develops standard operating procedures to be used for future video & photo projects

  • Manage our external and freelance edit and retouching resources

  • Work with legal team to ensure compliance before assets are delivered

  • Leverage technology and innovation

  • Coordinate vendor and freelance support, as needed

The Right Person Would Have:

  • 3+ years of creative or video project management experience

  • Project management experience in consumer goods working across departments and managing new product development

  • Good knowledge of project management standards and methodology

  • Experience working with teams in a global environment

  • Able to develop an in-depth project development timeline using proper tools

  • Experience with Project management software required (Asana preferred)

  • Effective use of GSuite, Figma, Adobe Illustrator 

 

The annual base salary range for this position is from $65,000 - $85,000. This base pay range is for the U.S. and not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, candidate’s related work experience, business sector and geographic location. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus, although incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
