We have an exciting part-time opportunity in the Creative Hub department: we are looking for a responsible Creative Hub Coordinator with excellent organisational skills to help streamline operations and ensure seamless collaboration across various projects and teams.

Job responsibilities:
Review current Creative Hub processes and optimise them when possible or needed.
Keep close contact with IT to automate deprecated processes and resolve incidents.
Handle communications at a large scale, creating a sense of cohesion within the team.
Manage all types of Creative Hub and administrative documentation (instructions, schedules, etc.).
Develop tools to measure the efficiency of editorial processes and gather data on the team’s productivity (e.g., level transfers, number of articles posted, supervisors' reviews).
Find effective ways to collect, treat, and interpret data supporting the need to change a process.
Assist in the logistics of Creative Hub projects, such as creating efficient Asana projects, managing accesses, onboarding updates, and organizing events and webinars.
Act as the contact person for other internal departments that want to collaborate with the Creative Hub editorial or review specific processes.
Help the Hub gain a proper level of organization to enhance content production by sharing know-how.
Requirements:
Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
Ability to build effective communication within the team and between departments.
Experience in describing processes and instructions.
Proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
Confident user of project management and analytical software (e.g., Asana, Qlik, Google Sheets).
Understanding of content creation processes.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Understanding of the media business model and principles (an advantage).
Ability to work during European business hours.
