Job responsibilities:
Drive growth & revenue: Take full ownership of the page’s revenue and key performance metrics within the platform.
Content strategy & execution: Develop and oversee the content plan, ensuring its successful implementation.
Content creation & posting:
Identify viral topics for videos.
Create high-quality videos in TheSoul or as per the workflow.
Design compelling thumbnails or coordinate with Thumbnail Designers.
Craft engaging titles, descriptions, tags, and timestamps.
Send videos for QA when necessary.
Publish content, ensuring monetization is enabled and addressing any policy-related issues in Facebook Creator Studio.
Trend analysis: Stay ahead of Facebook’s latest trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration & knowledge sharing: Work closely with the SDM and team, sharing insights, best practices, and participating in experiments.
Platform & tool expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of internal systems like TheSoul products, Asana, Confluence, Slack, etc.
Performance tracking & reporting: Analyze channel performance, report results, and optimize strategies based on data.
Live content & engagement: Create and manage Live Streams, Community posts, and other content types (stories, reels, shorts, etc.).
Promotion & issue resolution: Execute promotion strategies when needed and coordinate with the SDM on content-related challenges.
Post-publication management: Be prepared to work on published videos upon request from the producer or manager.
Requirements:
Social media experience: Proven experience managing and growing social media pages on Facebook.
Facebook expertise: Deep understanding of Facebook tools like Creator Studio & Meta Business Suite.
Data-driven mindset: Ability to analyze Facebook metrics and optimize content accordingly.
Strong communication skills: Collaborative and proactive approach to working with teams and engaging with audiences.
English proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
