đź’» The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, scrappy operator to partner closely with our CEO & Founder as their right hand. Externally, this role is titled Founder’s Associate – Operations & Automation to reflect the execution-heavy, startup nature of the work. Internally, you will be our Chief of Staff, supporting company-wide priorities and turning ideas into operational reality.

This is not a traditional, corporate Chief of Staff role. We don’t need someone who delegates from afar, we want a builder. Someone who enjoys digging into data, automating workflows, optimizing processes, and helping teams deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, learn quickly, and love being the person who “figures things out,” this role is for you.

🛠 What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with the CEO & Founder on strategic and operational priorities

  • Monitor and improve end-to-end operational processes across teams

  • Dive deep into Customer Experience interactions and recommend improvements

  • Work closely with our Design team to ensure project requirements, timelines, and outputs consistently meet customer expectations

  • Build and maintain no-code/low-code automations (Zapier, Make.com, Airtable, HubSpot workflows, Google Workspace, etc.) to reduce manual work

  • Partner with our Data Analyst to monitor key metrics, surface insights, and identify bottlenecks

  • Develop SOPs and implement scalable, repeatable systems

  • Drive cross-team alignment and take ownership of special projects from planning to execution

  • Bring a scrappy, test-and-iterate approach to solving operational problems

🎯 You’re a Great Fit If You

  • Have 2–6 years of experience in operations, business operations, ecommerce operations, automation, or similar roles

  • Have experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, or digital product environments

  • Are resourceful, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments

  • Love building automations and optimizing workflows

  • Are analytical and comfortable working with data

  • Don’t mind getting into the weeds and learning on the fly

  • Think like an owner: bias for action, hungry to improve everything around you

✨ Bonus Points For

  • Experience in remote, global startup environments

  • Familiarity with design or creative workflow processes

  • Experience building dashboards or lightweight internal tools

  • Some exposure to customer experience or product ops
