
Head of Content
1. Content Strategy Development
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive content strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee market research to identify content opportunities and trends.
Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery across all channels.
2. Content Creation and Management
Oversee creation, editing, and quality control of all content types (blogs, articles, social media, newsletters, etc.).
Ensure SEO best practices are embedded in all content.
Curate relevant third-party content as needed.
3. Team Leadership and Collaboration
Manage, train, and mentor the content team, including copywriters and visual content creators.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and web development teams.
Coordinate freelancers and external content contributors.
4. Content Distribution and Promotion
Plan and execute multi-channel distribution strategies (social media, email, websites).
Oversee social media content scheduling and paid campaign support.
5. Performance Tracking & Analytics
Monitor content KPIs using analytics tools.
Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
6. Brand Voice & Consistency
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
Maintain quality and consistency across all platforms.
7. Audience Engagement
Foster community engagement through social channels and interactive content.
Collect and analyze audience feedback to refine strategy.
8. Innovation & Trends
Stay current on industry trends and emerging content technologies.
Drive content innovation and experimentation.
9. Project & Time Management
Manage content projects end-to-end, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Be available during standard working hours (10 AM - 6 PM) and on-call for emergencies as needed.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5+ years of proven experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or editorial leadership.
Direct experience in iGaming content managment (social media, blogs, and website content) is required.
Experience with the iGaming market in the United States is a strong plus.
Demonstrated success in managing content teams and delivering large-scale content initiatives.
Technical & Professional Skills
Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), marketing automation platforms, and social media tools.
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot).
Solid understanding of paid media integration and multi-channel distribution strategies.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
Leadership & Collaboration
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with design, marketing, product, and development teams.
Experience in managing freelancers and external content partners.
Creativity & Strategic Thinking
Excellent writing and editing skills, with exceptional attention to detail and adherence to brand consistency.
Strong strategic mindset to align content initiatives with overall business objectives.
Ability to innovate, experiment, and leverage emerging content trends and technologies.

Other Requirements
Availability during standard working hours (10 AM – 6 PM) with flexibility for urgent matters.
Strong organizational skills and reliability in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
