Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HubSpot Email Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-channel marketing, with expertise in creating and managing campaigns that engage customers, drive sales, and support overall marketing objectives. This role is responsible for developing and executing cross-channel marketing strategies to maximize customer retention and acquisition.

What Your Work Will Entail:

  • ​​Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for engagement, and segment customers accordingly

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy that aligns with business goals;

  • Create targeted campaigns for different customer segments to optimize engagement and conversion rates;

  • Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns from conception to completion;

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of email content;

  • Design and write compelling email copy that drives customer engagement;

  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing email templates;

  • A/B test various elements of email campaigns to continually optimize performance;

  • Maintain and grow the email subscriber list, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations;

  • Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates;

  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the effectiveness of email marketing efforts;

  • Use data to refine and improve future email marketing strategies;

  • Implement and manage email marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and enhance customer relationships;

  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to deliver personalized email experiences;

  • Ensure all email marketing campaigns comply with current email marketing regulations and best practices; and

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in email marketing.

What You Bring to This Role (please apply even if you don't have this whole list- we expect you to learn with us):

  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM);

  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, SendGrid, HubSpot);

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems;

  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills;

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template design is a plus; and

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.

Experience and Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field;

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in email marketing or a similar role; and

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
