Social Media Manager (Womenswear)

What You'll Do

You’ll be in a critical role responsible for growing the Tilt platform. Your responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy with a focus on womenswear.

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging long-form and short-form content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).

  • Generate creative ideas and write viral scripts that resonate with our target audience.

  • Collaborate with editors and manage the content creation process to ensure high-quality outputs.

  • Analyze performance data to understand trends and optimize content strategies.

  • Report key performance metrics and campaign results to the founders on a weekly basis. You will work directly with the founders to take Tilt to the next level.

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a seriously fast-paced start-up (prefer early stage)

  • Strong understanding of what makes content (especially video) popular on social media platforms.

  • Proven experience in producing high-quality content, with the ability to deliver at least 3 pieces of content per day.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail. Must be able to understand our customer well.

  • Experience with data analysis and a strong ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Understanding the levers required for hypergrowth

  • Know what it takes to be the best

  • Preferred: A portfolio showcasing previous work and successful social media campaigns.

  • Note: You must be in the UK for this role. We are not sponsoring visas at the moment.
