Now, we need a Marketing Manager who can help us tell it louder, smarter, and with impact.
The Role
This is a role for a strategic doer. Someone who loves shaping brand and growth strategy but isnât afraid to roll their sleeves up.
Youâll own and deliver Tiroâs marketing strategy, combining the best of SaaS and B2B marketing (data, storytelling, automation, experimentation) with our purpose-driven mission.
Youâll plan and execute campaigns that speak to employers and learners, manage agencies and budgets, and ensure Tiroâs story cuts through the noise. Youâll align closely with our sales and delivery teams, using data to inform decisions, track results, and keep us growing fast.
Over time, youâll help scale the marketing function, defining roles, processes, and systems that future-proof our growth.
What Youâll Be Doing
Youâll lead the charge in making sure everyone knows who we are, what we stand for, and why apprenticeships in science and tech matter more than ever.
Youâll own our marketing strategy from top to bottom, bringing together creativity, data and purpose to tell stories that make people stop scrolling and start caring.
Youâll plan and run campaigns that speak directly to businesses and learners. Youâll find the magic in the numbers, using data and insight to guide every decision. Youâll get hands-on with content, socials, and email and work with agencies to deliver marketing that moves the needle.
Youâll use your SaaS-style smarts to build out journeys that nurture, convert and delight. And as we grow, youâll shape how marketing grows too, designing the systems, processes, and playbooks that set us up for scale.
In short, youâll be the voice of Tiro. Helping us show the world that great apprenticeships donât just change careers, they change lives.
About You
You get it. Youâve worked in fast-paced, digital-first environments where things move quickly, and ideas matter.
Youâve come from SaaS, with strong B2B marketing, where DATA drives everything, TESTING is second nature, and STORYTELLING sells.
But now you want to use those skills for something that actually makes a difference.
Youâll love this role if youâre a BUILDER. Someone who likes starting with a blank page and creating something brilliant. Youâre curious, confident, and not afraid to have an opinion. You thrive on autonomy but youâre also a great collaborator. Someone who brings people together around ideas.
Youâre comfortable diving into reports one minute and crafting a killer campaign the next. Youâre strategic, hands-on, and just as happy learning new tools as you are shaping the big picture.
Most of all, you care about people. The learners, the employers, and the team around you. Because at Tiro, marketing isnât just about metrics. Itâs about making an impact.

Youâll receive:
Starting salary of ÂŁ50,000 per annum
28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Hours of work â you can choose your own hours, providing youâre around when stakeholders need you and clock up 37.5 hours per week
Remote working (with occasional requirements for travel)
5% employee / 3% employer pension contribution
