We’re on the hunt for our next Marketing Wizard / Unicorn / Left-Brain-Right-Brain Powerhouse. Someone who:

• Gets giddy about data tracking, conversion rates, and dashboards.

• Loves testing creative campaigns and brainstorming big ideas.

• Can zoom out to craft long-term strategy and roll up their sleeves to execute.

• Is obsessed with both the art and the science of marketing.

• Knows how to collaborate with a visionary CEO and help bring wild, world-shifting ideas into reality.

Basically, we’re looking for that rare blend of strategy + creativity + ownership.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with our leadership team to craft and execute a marketing strategy that scales Pause Breathwork globally.

• Dream up creative campaigns, offers, and experiences that make breathwork impossible to ignore.

• Track, measure, and optimize every piece of the funnel — you love the numbers and use them to tell the story.

• Drive leads into our high-ticket programs and ensure our message feels as alive as our mission.

• Own and execute the company’s SEO strategy — ensuring consistent growth in traffic and search visibility.

• Oversee and collaborate with the paid media buyer to align campaigns, track performance, and optimize ROI across channels.

• Balance the visionary with the tactical: brainstorming epic ideas one moment, then making sure the CRM tags are firing correctly the next.

• Work hand-in-hand with our sales team to ensure seamless flow from lead to enrollment.

• Experience in direct response digital marketing and high-ticket sales funnels (this is key).

• A love of data — you enjoy reporting, analyzing, and tweaking for better results.

• A knack for creative storytelling and the ability to make marketing feel human, fun, and inspiring.

• Leadership chops: you can drive projects forward, but also collaborate beautifully with a remote team.

Here is the outline of the whole application process, so you know what to expect:

2. Several video interviews where we try to get to know you better and give you a chance to get to know us, as well as talk about your previous experiences and future goals.

3. Interview Task 

4. Minimum of two employee reference checks: Recent Managers
