What you'll do

You will build and scale Tractian’s recruiting function in Mexico. You will partner directly with leaders across the company and be a strategic thought partner to building world class teams that are diverse and inclusive. Above all, you will help to build an authentic environment where our team members can grow and make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of sourcing platforms, always looking for new and innovative ways to uncover hidden talent

• Source, attract, and close candidates for multiple roles within Sales, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Finance and Data

• Match talent to our hiring needs screen candidates, conduct interviews and act as the point-of-contact for candidates through the entire recruitment funnel

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes across the entire hiring lifecycle

Requirements

• A passion for finding the best talent!

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• A strong interest and understanding of cultural process, able to identify the right candidates with the right skillset

• Excellent understanding of the talent market and awareness of trends and competition
