We're seeking a detail-oriented Booking Agent to support clients by managing reservations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring all booking details are accurate and confirmed. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, clear communication, and delivering a smooth, professional client experience. This role requires the individual to work independently with systems, trainings, and tools provided.
What You’ll Do:
Handle reservations, confirmations, and booking updates
Communicate with clients to gather details and provide timely updates
Review bookings for accuracy and completeness
Track changes, follow up on outstanding items, and resolve issues as needed
Provide professional, friendly client support throughout the process
What Were Looking For:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Customer service, booking, or administrative experience (preferred, not required)
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Detail-oriented, dependable, and tech-comfortable
Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, Spain or LATAM
