Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather and define requirements for new features in collaboration with business stakeholders

• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules

• Collaborate with development, QA, System Analysts, designers, and business stakeholders

• Prepare and maintain product documentation and guidelines for internal teams

• Analyze and document key product business processes

• Model business processes and user flows

• Translate technical documentation into clear and understandable product requirements

• Decompose functionality into development tasks in collaboration with System Analysts

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Experience documenting business processes and functional requirements

• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria

• Understanding of user scenarios and product thinking

• Basic understanding of APIs and digital product architecture

• Experience working with Jira/Confluence/Miro or similar tools

• Nice to have: experience with fintech/crypto/payments/wallet/exchange products, understanding of blockchain, transactions, network fees and confirmations, hands-on experience creating mockups

Working Conditions

• Remote work format, 5/2 schedule with a flexible start time between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM
