UX Designer

Tripaneer is looking for a full-time home-based UX Designer, based in Europe, who can provide User Experience Design services.

We are looking for a highly customer and business focused UX Designer who can continuously improve our product features by solving problems for our customers with well thought out design solutions.

The position is a full-time remote position with a work from home setting. You will be working alongside the developers, designers & data scientists in the product team as well as collaborate with our business owners, operations team, marketing team, and customer service team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the entire design process, from research to high fidelity deliverables

  • Understand user problems and design simple, elegant solutions for them

  • Increase conversion and product adoption through better user experience and accessibility

  • Contribute reusable design components to our design system

  • Collaborate on complex design efforts across multiple products, teams, and time zones

  • Work alongside engineers and deliver ready to be implemented designs for each release

Job requirements

What we’re looking for

  • You have 2+ years of commercial UX design experience

  • Experience in owning the whole design process and in delivering high quality visual designs

  • Experience in UX processes like: User research, User journeys, Wireframing, Low and High fidelity prototyping & workshop facilitation.

  • Experience in using design tools such as Figma or Sketch

  • You understand technical constraints and think MVP first, whilst having a vision for future design iterations.

  • You have attention to details, are self aware and a humble, team player.

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with data-driven product development: analytics, A/B testing, etc.
