About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and execution-focused Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations while building scalable systems that support growth. This role will be responsible for setting and tracking KPIs, creating and optimizing SOPs, and overseeing key functional areas including SEO and Social Media Marketing operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in structure, process improvement, and cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Process Management

  • Own and manage daily operational workflows across departments

  • Build, document, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and scalability

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements

  • Ensure alignment between teams, tools, and timelines

KPI Setting & Performance Tracking

  • Define, implement, and monitor KPIs across operations, marketing, and performance teams

  • Build dashboards and reporting systems to track progress against goals

  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements

  • Hold teams accountable to metrics, timelines, and deliverables

SEO & Social Media Marketing Oversight

  • Oversee operational execution of SEO and Social Media Marketing initiatives

  • Ensure SEO strategies, content production, and publishing workflows are executed on time and to standard

  • Coordinate with internal teams or external agencies to manage calendars, deliverables, and performance tracking

  • Monitor SEO and social KPIs (traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions) and report on results

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as a central point of coordination between leadership, marketing, and operations teams

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training through documented processes

  • Ensure clear communication, accountability, and follow-through across all initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or Business Operations

  • Proven experience creating and implementing SOPs and scalable systems

  • Strong experience setting, tracking, and managing KPIs

  • Working knowledge of SEO and Social Media Marketing operations (strategy understanding + execution oversight)

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a fast-growing company or agency environment

  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Monday, Google Analytics, Slack, GoHighlevel,and social scheduling platforms

  • Experience managing remote teams
