Join Our Team as an Operations Manager (Full-Time, Remote)

We’ve already launched a fast-growing, profitable e-commerce brand in the fashion accessories space, and we’re scaling hard. You’ll be the very first hire, working side-by-side with the founder who has generated $25M+ in sales over the last few years. Together, you’ll build the entire operations function from scratch and help assemble our “Avengers team” over the next few months, not a corporate org chart.

Your Mission

Your role is to build, sustain, and optimize the operational backbone of Our E-commerce brand. You will ensure the business runs smoothly, the team delivers at a high standard, and the CEO can focus on growth and product/marketing.

This includes:

Stock & Supply Chain Management

• Oversee inventory levels across multiple warehouses

• Create a structured forecasting system for stock planning

• Monitor restocks, POs, production updates, and delivery timelines

• Build dashboards for inventory, sales, and SKU performance

Data & Performance Reporting

• Review sales, trends, and product performance

• Build weekly/monthly dashboards 

• Extract insights and recommend actions

• Spot weak points and opportunities

Team Accountability & Quality Control

• Confirm that every team member completes tasks on time and at a high standard

• Review work from customer support, media buying, and operations partners

• Ensure processes are followed consistently

• Give clear feedback and follow up until completion

SOPs & Process Optimization

• Create, refine, and maintain SOPs across the entire company

• Implement clean, scalable workflows

• Automate repetitive tasks using Google Sheets, Zapier, AI tools, etc.

• Standardize how the team works for maximum efficiency

Project Management (A to Z)

• Own operational projects from start to finish

• Structure timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities

• Coordinate all teams involved (product, design, fulfillment, support, marketing)

• Ensure every launch is delivered on time and error-free

• Bonus : Build AI workflow with the founder to scale operations

Admin & Organizational Support

• Handle basic administrative tasks

• Support with hiring and onboarding new positions

• Maintain internal documentation, calendars, and systems

• Bring constant clarity and structure to the CEO’s workflow

• Fluent in English (written & spoken)

Required Skills

• Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills

• Experience in e-commerce (Shopify preferred)

• Project management experience

• Ability to build systems and SOPs
