Client Success Associate

Your Role in Our Mission:

As a Client Success Associate, you'll be remotely guiding our new clients through their onboarding and launch phases, so they are smooth and expedient. You will also be responsible for forming monthly reports for clients to see their digital marketing results. Overall, you and the rest of the client success team will be serving doctors by being their guide and support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and Inspire: Conduct onboarding, training, and launch processes with a proactive and positive attitude

• Drive Success: Utilize tools like Trello and our Project Status Tracker (Excel) to manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely launches and client happiness

• Foster Relationships: Be the primary point of communication for clients via email, keeping them updated and informed, and responding swiftly to their needs.

• Achieve Excellence: Strive for the successful completion of all client projects on time or early, focusing on maintaining 100% client retention through excellent service and support

• Communicate and Collaborate: Work closely with our team to resolve client issues, using platforms like Slack and Trello to communicate with the right member of the team, to facilitate client success

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

• An effective communicator who can build strong relationships with clients and team members

• Experienced with project management tools (Trello, Slack, Google Drive, Go High Level) and eager to learn and adapt

• Motivated by challenges and capable of thinking creatively to solve problems
