Who We're Looking For

You are a live action video editor and animator with graphics skills who can combine these into engaging IG Reels, Tiktok and YouTube shorts like this. You are well-versed in editing for the various platforms. From crafting engaging openings to including a call to action, your goal is to create content that viewers want to watch. You are informed on the latest social media trends and best practices. 

You are familiar with working in Slack, Asana, Frame.io and Adobe.

You excel in communication and work well with a team. Embracing insights and feedback, you possess the courage to inquire and contribute your own insights. Your work ethic reflects a sense of pride and reliability, as you consistently strive to deliver your best work on every project. 

As a visual storyteller, you possess the ability to take raw footage, graphics, and audio and make great video content. You pay attention to details like transitions, color and story.  You can take a project from a creative brief into a final video. 

You will need to follow our post production process and protocols to ensure timely delivery and efficient customer service.

What You'll Do

As a Video Editor and Animator, your role revolves around transforming video content for our diverse range of clients, ensuring its seamless alignment with their objectives and brand identity. 

• Edit and animate video content, utilizing your mastery of Adobe Premiere and After Effects. Your skills will be crucial in producing captivating and high-quality videos that resonate with target audiences.

• Apply your creativity in color grading and sound design, contributing to an immersive and captivating viewing experience that leaves a lasting impact.

• Collaborate closely with our dynamic team of producers, script writers, and designers. Your ability to collaborate effectively will bring creative concepts to life, resulting in compelling visual narratives.

• Demonstrate your organizational prowess by delivering meticulously structured project files. This approach will facilitate smooth handoffs to fellow team members or clients, ensuring efficient collaboration and project continuity.

• Prior experience in creating engaging IG Reels, TikTok videos, and Youtube Shorts will be considered a distinct advantage.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in the video editing, motion graphics and animation field, evident through a diverse portfolio showcasing your creative brilliance.

• Please highlight specific experience with short-form video formats with examples.

• Bi-lingual with proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere and other industry-standard animation software.

• Proven history of leadership and management within post production teams, underpinned by exceptional communication and guidance skills.

• An innate eye for detail coupled with an unyielding commitment to crafting animations of the highest caliber.

• Familiarity with various animation styles and techniques, coupled with the ability to discern the optimal approach for each project.
