
Creative Strategist for DTC Brand (Meta Ads)
A European DTC health & wellness brand is hiring a Direct Response Creative Strategist to own the full creative pipeline.
What you'll own:
Avatar and subavatar research (reviews, comments, competitor analysis etc)
Make image and video briefs for video editor, graphic designer and UGC creators
Structured ad testing, reading results, iterating
Lead the editor and graphic designer to improve performance
Over time: landing pages matched to ad awareness stages (full funnel)
You are:
1-4+ years experience as creative strategist at a DTC brand or performance agency
Know the importance of research, awareness stages, concepts and angles
Can show me 3-5 of your best ads with numbers and how you made them
Strong spoken English, able to communicate clearly in team calls 1-2x per week
Compensation:
USD 3,000-6,500/month + bonuses depending on experience. Full-time, fully remote.
