Operations & Client Success Manager (Part-Time, Remote, LatAm)

About Velocity

Velocity is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in Google Ads, SEO, and Meta Ads for software, local services and eCommerce brands. We pride ourselves on delivering results while building strong, lasting client relationships.

We’re looking for a part-time Operations & Client Success Manager (20 hours/week) based in Latin America to help us improve and scale our operations.

We’re growing fast (+157% this year), and there is opportunity to learn quickly, gain responsibility and grow into a full-time role as the agency scales.

This role blends project management, client-facing responsibilities, and process improvement, with opportunities to support our sales and marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do

Project & Client Management

  • Join client calls (in English, Eastern Time Zone), take notes, and ensure all follow-ups/action items are captured in Asana.

  • Push projects forward by coordinating with ad strategists, designers, and other team members.

  • Own internal communication to make sure requirements are clearly communicated, and work is completed to a high standard.

  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and keep the project team accountable.

  • Share deliverables and updates with clients on an ongoing basis.

Reporting & QA

  • Oversee reporting workflows in Google Sheets/Google Slides and automated reporting tools.

  • Review reports for accuracy and consistency.

  • Perform light QA checks on deliverables before they go to clients.

Process Improvement

  • Create and maintain SOPs, templates, and checklists for repeatable tasks.

  • Identify bottlenecks in workflows and propose practical solutions.

  • Help us standardize onboarding, reporting, and client communication processes.

Sales & Marketing Support (as needed)

  • Assist with proposals, case studies, and client decks.

  • Support HubSpot pipeline management and follow-up tracking.

  • Coordinate internal marketing tasks (publishing blogs, ad campaigns, email outreach).

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in an operations, account management, or client success role — ideally at a digital marketing agency.

  • Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable leading client-facing communication via video meetings, Slack and email communication.

  • Experience in client success and retention, how to deliver a great client experience.

  • Strong project management skills (Asana, Trello, or similar).

  • Familiarity with digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO), not necessarily as a strategist, but enough to speak the language and understand channel mechanics.

  • Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of projects, and looks for ways to improve processes.

  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats (ops, client success, sales/marketing support).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, or Google Analytics.

  • Prior work with remote, distributed teams.

  • Knowledge of sales/marketing workflows for B2B service businesses.

Compensation & Details

  • Part-time (20 hrs/week) to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role (40 hrs/week) as the agency scales.

  • Fully remote. Must be based within 1hr of New York Time Zone (Eastern Time), ideally in Latin America.

  • Contractor position to start.

Why Join Velocity

  • Work directly with the founder and leadership team of a fast-growing agency.

  • Shape how the company runs by building better processes and systems.

  • Get exposure to multi-channel marketing campaigns across industries for high-growth clients.

  • Flexible, remote-first culture with major opportunities to grow your role.

Contractor position (to start)
Is there a trial or test period? About how long?
Yes. Start at 10–15 hrs/week for 1 month. During that time we'll evaluate: Do you keep projects moving without us chasing? Do you proactively suggest improvements? Are they reliable on client calls? If you're a fit, we scale to 20 hrs/week ongoing. Then there's opportunity to move to full time as the agency scales.
