We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can lead design for B2B and B2C products to transform ideas and business problems into wireframes, mockups and prototypes. If you’re a strong creative thinker, constantly curious, and excited about providing your end-users with a seamless experience, we want to hear from you!

You’ll be responsible for translating user experiences journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction that the product encounters, in collaboration with the Technical, Product, Data & Business stakeholders. You will also come up with solutions for complex problems related to design challenges.

Requirements

• Lead the product design process from conception through to validation and production, while driving high-quality outcomes.

• Should be able to understand and process complex problems to come up with elegant and informed solutions.

• Understand and process complex problems into elegant, informed solutions.

• Articulate and champion your design solutions based on human-centered design principles and incorporating research data.

• Produce wireframes, visual designs, and low-fidelity interactive prototypes.

• Showcase excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional and multi-disciplined teams.

• Develop knowledge of users across key areas and deep expertise in your strategic product area.

• Create UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications for enterprise SaaS, B2B and B2C products.

• Develop concepts, design systems, UI style guides, graphics and illustrations.

• Showcase concepts with sketches, storyboards and low/high fidelity mockups.

• Assist in defining design guidelines, patterns, and libraries.

• Stay up-to-date with design application changes and industry developments.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant experience.

• Graduation/Post-graduation degree in Information & Interface Design or related field from NID, NIFT, IDC or equivalent.

• An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in interaction, visual design, color theory, typography, design systems and ideation.

• Good knowledge of HTML/CSS and Javascript is a plus.

• Exposure and interest in graphics design is a plus.

• Experience designing digital products and systems, not just websites. You should have helped to build products.

• A sense of design aesthetics, and a natural inclination towards simplification rather than complexity.

• Hands-on experience with design software like Invision, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe XD, etc.
