About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to own and execute recruitment across key business functions including Sales, Product, Finance, Growth, and Marketing. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to identify talent needs, build exceptional candidate pipelines, and deliver a seamless hiring experience from first outreach to offer acceptance.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer process

  • Conduct first-round interviews and pass top candidates to hiring leaders

  • Build and maintain high-quality, diverse pipelines for GTM and corporate roles

  • Proactively source candidates using channels like LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks

  • Partner with leadership to define role requirements and success competencies

  • Maintain exceptional candidate communication and a best-in-class hiring experience

  • Ensure data accuracy and reporting hygiene within our ATS (Rippling)

  • Continuously improve recruiting workflows and outreach strategies

  • Represent VeriFast with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong employer brand alignment

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience (SaaS or high-growth preferred)

  • Proven success hiring for Sales, Product, Marketing, or Finance roles

  • Strong sourcing skills with modern platforms and creative outreach

  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking ability

  • Growth mindset — comfortable adapting in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Passion for building teams and creating positive candidate experiences

Compensation

  • CAD $60,000–$90,000 or USD $45,000–$66,000
    (based on experience and location)

  • Bonus and performance-based incentives

The pay range for this role is:

45,000 - 75,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))

60,000 - 90,000 CAD per year (Remote (Canada))
