Demand Generation Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.

The Demand Generation Manager will be instrumental in driving demand and generating high-quality leads within targeted vertical markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B tech, a proven track record in demand generation, and the ability to execute targeted campaigns with exceptional results. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly motivated, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation within vertical markets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target audience segments, personas, and key pain points to inform campaign development.

  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging both inbound and outbound marketing tactics, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, webinars, events, and more.

  • Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to drive efficient lead nurturing, scoring, and conversion throughout the customer journey.

  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous testing, measurement, and analysis, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

  • Monitor, track, and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality, follow-up processes, and campaign performance feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, with a focus on demand generation and lead generation.

  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful demand generation campaigns that resulted in measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and experience in managing complex campaigns using these platforms.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for lead management and reporting.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude, resourcefulness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
