
Client Success & Operations Manager
About Us:
We're a growth consultancy for B2B companies that allows them to connect with decision makers and sign their ideal clients. We consistently help our clients meet with Fortune500 executives and grow revenue using our email outreach solutions.
The Role:
You'll be the operational backbone of our fast-growing email outreach agency, managing client campaigns, improving processes, and ensuring exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Manage client onboarding and ongoing communication
Build and optimize cold email campaigns
Create and maintain lead generation processes
Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations
Manage and train junior team members
Build SOPs and systems for scaling, training, and client retention
Requirements:
Excellent English communication
Experience with cold email marketing/outreach
Strong analytical skills
Experience with instantly.ai, smartlead.ai, clay, and other cold email tools and software
Experience building systems for KPI tracking within a cold email or lead generation agency
Ability to work independently and solve problems
Work Hours:
You must be available during core hours of 9am-6pm EST Monday-Friday for client meetings and team collaboration.
Compensation:
$2,000-$3,000 monthly base (depending on experience and location)
Performance bonuses up to $2,500 additional monthly (based on client retention and campaign performance)
