🎨 Junior Graphic Designer
The Junior Graphic Designer supports the creation of engaging learning materials and marketing assets across multiple formats. This role focuses on developing high-quality visual content for training programs, digital learning experiences, and brand communications while maintaining consistency with company brand guidelines and design standards.
You’ll work closely with the Design Team and wider business stakeholders, contributing creative ideas and supporting the delivery of innovative learning and marketing solutions.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Design & Content Development
Create learning materials using Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and learning design software
Design marketing assets: email campaigns, social media, digital ads, website graphics, presentations
Support video editing and motion graphics projects
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines
Brand Management & Quality Assurance
Enforce brand guidelines across outputs
Ensure consistency and visual quality in all materials
Review and refine design outputs to meet standards
Project Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with Design Team and stakeholders
Support timely project delivery
Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on design trends and tools
Adopt AI tools to enhance workflows
Share insights on integrating AI into design processes
✨ Required Skills
Strong portfolio demonstrating core design principles
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint
Understanding of digital multimedia formats and publishing
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Self-motivated with innovative mindset
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to integrate AI tools into workflows (examples preferred)
🎓 Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
1+ year in a graphic design role (agency or corporate environment)
🌟 Preferred Skills
Interest in digital learning content design
Experience with Captivate, Articulate 360, or similar eLearning software
Video production experience
Familiarity with Camtasia, Premiere Pro, Audition, or similar multimedia tools
💼 Work Environment
Fully remote or hybrid model
Optional access to London office (Farringdon)
Home working equipment provided
Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
