About the role:

As the Sales Development Representative you’ll be reporting to the Head of Revenue. You’ll be the first line of communication with prospects, excelling at researching accounts and prospects, starting new relationships, and setting our Account Executives (sales-closers) up for success. You will coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations. You are comfortable and committed to being in the Sales Development Representative role for a minimum of one-year but potentially longer. This role can progress into an Account Executive role at the company if both time and metrics are hit.

Primary Duties

  • Generate new business opportunities that fit our target customer profile. Consistently meet and exceed your new business opportunity targets

  • Utilize a variety of tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesflow, Outreach, Warmly, HubSpot, Orum, Slack) to effectively source and target customers.

  • KPIs

    • Add 20-25 prospects in Outreach sequence per day from the accounts we assign to you

    • Send 20 personalized emails a day

    • Complete 80+ dials a day

    • Send 35-40 personalized LinkedIn touches a day

    • Make 3-4 LinkedIn posts per week

    • Use Warmly to complete 20-30 warm calls via chatbot per day

    • Attend weekly SDR trainings

  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in reaching customers who can benefit from Warmly’s product offering

  • Consistently represent our product, brand and company in a way that makes us all proud and quickly and effectively demonstrates to the customer how we can help their business

  • Exhibit exceptionally high standards in terms of timeliness, responsiveness and follow-up

  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM. Actively and consistently update sales activities, sales pipeline, and all sales data

  • Build strong relationships with prospects to ensure success. Partner with Account Executives to nurture new business opportunities

  • Continually expand your knowledge of our customer's marketing, technology and general business needs

  • Partner with members of the team to define & improve sales process

Quota:

  • 12 SQOs per month

Compensation:

  • $1500-1800/month base, $2,200/month OTE
