Growth Marketer

Headquartered in Hong Kong and trusted by 8000+ customers across 100+ countries. We're a rapidly expanding team filled with talented people from around the globe and are seeking to bring on board a Growth Marketer with 2-3 years of experience to join our marketing team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead efforts to optimize the conversion rate of our website by identifying and implementing improvements to the user experience and user interface.

  • Collaborate with the web development and design teams to A/B test landing pages, forms, and other website elements to improve conversion metrics.

  • Implement email marketing campaigns, drip sequences, and in-app messaging to keep users informed and engaged.

  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to create compelling marketing materials.

  • Analyze user data and metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

  • Plan and execute growth experiments to acquire new customers

  • Conduct thorough Keyword research using tools like Ahrefs to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns.

  • Develop and execute campaigns aimed at winning market share from competitors, leveraging insights from competitor analysis.

  • Continuously explore new growth opportunities and tactics to drive incremental revenue.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.

  • Proven track record of creating successful content for paid ads, email campaigns, and in-product pop-ups.

  • Experience conducting growth experiments and analyzing data to drive customer acquisition.

  • Proficiency in Ahrefs or similar tools for keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Familiarity with competitor research and industry best practices.

  • Experience in website conversion optimization.
