
Growth Account Executive

Wealthbox, a maker of CRM software for financial advisors, is seeking an Account Executive (Growth) to sell into our existing customer base.
As a Growth Account Executive at Wealthbox, you will focus on expanding relationships with our existing customers by identifying opportunities for add-on product sales, upgrades and expanded usage of Wealthbox across their firms. You will educate financial advisors and wealth management teams on how Wealthbox’s suite of features and enhancements can further increase their efficiency, collaboration, and profitability. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring they get maximum value from Wealthbox while driving revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities
Manage the full growth sales cycle with existing customers, including pipeline management, discovery, demos, pricing discussions, trials and closing expansion opportunities
Conduct online demos and consultations to highlight add-on features, product upgrades and advanced use cases for Wealthbox
Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, uncovering business needs and identifying opportunities to expand Wealthbox adoption within their organizations
Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handoff between customer health conversations and upsell opportunities
Partner with Marketing on campaigns, webinars and events designed to drive customer education and generate expansion opportunities
Provide customer feedback to Product and Support teams to help improve Wealthbox’s offerings and customer experience
Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas for expansion revenue
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with selling to SMB and Mid-Market firms
Experience in multi-threaded decision making
Proficiency in using CRM technology to track and manage new prospect relationships
Strong communication skills, utilizing email, telephone, and video conferencing
Excited to work in a high-energy and collaborative environment
Positive and energetic demeanor, excellent listening and writing skills
Basic knowledge of the latest cloud service offerings, toolsets, operating systems, and browsers
Helpful personality with ability to present the features and value of Wealthbox to financial advisors
Responsible, ethical, always ready to show-and-tell Wealthbox and support our customers
Experience selling SaaS products, particularly in wealth management / WealthTech, is a big plus
Work Schedule
Weekdays, during business hours (fully remote)
Occasional travel to industry conferences
