About the role
We seek a highly skilled and diligent Investor Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our investor relations team to provide our existing investor base with excellent customer service by conducting portfolio reviews and expanding our assets under management (AUM). There will be a strong focus on closing new business into our new funds when available. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward engaging potential investors. This is a remote position requiring proficiency in English and availability during US business hours.
This is a Full-Time remote position.
Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for all investor account management affairs
Maintain relationships with HNW individuals, while providing a high level of customer service
Conduct quarterly portfolio reviews with investors by interpreting and analyzing investor returns
Answer all investor inquiries via phone and email on an ongoing basis
Focus on developing new business with existing clients and selling new investment funds when available
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Qualifications
3+ of inside sales experience
Native English speaker
Comfortable talking on the phone and doing a high volume of outreach daily
Previous account management, sales or customer-facing job experience
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot)
Nice to have: finance/investment knowledge or comfort discussing a financial product
Remote worker and ability to work US business hours

Compensation
The starting compensation for this position is $60,000 annually, with an objective to increase it to $70,000+ within the first year based on performance and significant room for growth thereafter.
