Whatnot is bringing it to the world through a community-first approach, starting in the U.S. where retail is a $5T market opportunity!
💻 Role
Partner with engineering to design, analyze, and evaluate how we develop and scale different Ads products across Whatnot
Work across Whatnot’s Go-to-Market team and sellers to drive adoption of Ads products and strategies
Advocate for Whatnot sellers and represent their voice in determining the engineering roadmap and oversee its execution
Coordinate and hold seller deep-dives to gain feedback on efficacy of Ads products
Build programs and initiatives that help sellers meet their performance goals
Hire and build a team of Ads Operators that coordinate and execute against team objectives

As our next Ads Manager you should have experience in scaling ads products at a tech company, plus:
4+ years of overall professional experience
Past experience at a high growth startup, or working at a direct to consumer marketplace
Gathering user feedback, gleaning insights, and advocating for product change
Ability to dive deep into complex data and leverage learnings to inform go-to-market strategy and product development
Excellent communication skills and experience in building and managing partnerships externally
You have been a top performer wherever you have worked
Comfort working exceptionally fast in an ambiguous work environment
