The Role:

As the Head of Marketing, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing strategies to take Whitespectre to the next level of growth. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with both the Executive group and our entire organization, requiring a strategic leader, expert communicator, and hands-on operator.

Your initial focus will revolve around growing brand awareness, creating effective account-based marketing initiatives, and generating and nurturing high-value leads. To excel in this role, candidates should have significant experience marketing services related to technology, software, and/or digital strategy, targeted to the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership - Develop and execute a comprehensive client acquisition strategy aligned with the firm's overall business objectives and revenue targets. Oversee continuous market research and competitive analysis, funneling learnings into the strategy and executive team.

  • Content Strategy & Thought Leadership - Develop effective content pillars that align with our value proposition and target audience. Oversee the development and promotion of our content, measuring the effectiveness of these efforts and adjusting as needed.

  • Brand Awareness - Develop targeted initiatives and campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.

  • Lead Nurturing & Conversion - Nurture leads and key partners by establishing a process of continuous engagement and delivering value and insight. Support Exec on materials for new client meetings and proposals

  • Team Leadership - Lead a small team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities. Develop and manage marketing budgets

Professional requirements:

  • Understands the US market and has significant experience marketing technology, design, or product management services to US-based clients.

  • Has a proven track record of driving revenue and customer growth.

  • Is customer-centric and takes pride in knowing the market better than anyone.

  • Is results-oriented with excellent analytical skills, utilizing a data-driven approach to manage projects and campaigns.

  • Excels at collaborating with executive and founder teams, driving strategic decisions with a clear, structured approach.

  • Has strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a small team.

  • Is passionate about the tech industry and interested in product development, software engineering, blockchain, climate tech, AI, etc.

  • Is a great storyteller, using thought leadership to drive leads and engagement.

  • Can work full-time with a significant crossover with our core hours: 11am - 7pm Central European Time
