What we’re looking for:
In our next growth phase, we are looking for a bi-lingual Business Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will build a non-traditional recruiting strategy to identify, attract, and engage Mandarin and English-speaking sales team candidates. This is a highly critical and impactful role that will help build a world class sales organization by securing the best talent while spreading awareness of our amazing mission and the complex problems we are solving.
What you’ll accomplish:
You will be an external representative of Wonders, sourcing and recruiting both passive and active candidates via social media, conferences, in-person networking, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Slack, Github), niche job boards, leveraging our current employee networks, and championing our referral program.
You will primarily support our Sales and Go To Market teams.
You will identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates via non-traditional channels (in-person and online).
You will draft recruiting advertisement posts and/or place ads in the most effective digital media for open positions.
You will keep up to date with the latest sourcing technologies, including boolean search logic and X-ray, and share with others.
You will employ creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent (not just rely on LinkedIn).
You will work on highly complex searches and often pivot to other searches outside of your comfort zone when needed.
You will hold yourself accountable by maintaining data integrity in our ATS and CRM.
You will interact with stakeholders at all levels and work cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, etc.
You will provide weekly updates on sourcing and recruiting metrics.
About you:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
You have experience recruiting for Sales and Go-To-Market functions and/or high-volume hiring.
You have experience serving as a brand ambassador and managing recruiting programs via in-person events (job fairs, networking events, etc).
You have prior experience sourcing top talent for a yet-to-be-well-known brand.
You have experience working in a fast-paced tech-driven environment with a high bar.
You have experience developing talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs and understand the value of quality over quantity for certain searches.
You can manage multiple searches concurrently and have a high degree of adaptability.
You understand the importance of data integrity and possess a high degree of accountability.
Bonus points:
You have experience in a consumer-driven industry with a passion for the customer.
You have experience with Greenhouse (ATS) or GEM.
You have a low ego and ask for help when you have exhausted the resources at your disposal.
You have a roll up your sleeves mentality with current and/or prior experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat.
