The Role:
As Content Editor at Workflows.io, you'll be the face of our LinkedIn content services, leading interviews with founders of GTM-tech companies, and maintaining communication with them.
You'll be responsible for the following areas:
LinkedIn Content Services Leadership
Lead bi-weekly interview calls with B2B SaaS founders to extract content ideas
Maintain direct client communication and regular check-ins
Ensure team delivers 2-3 LinkedIn posts per week per client
Edit written LinkedIn content & designs from our internal content team to ensure accuracy and quality.
Company Research: Deep dive into client business to understand product, niche and ICP
Founder Voice Development: Study and replicate each founders’ unique tone and communication style
Study Top LinkedIn Creators: Analyze top voices in each vertical to identify winning content patterns
Collaborate with our Designer: Create design briefs for infographics and carousels
Project Management: Collaborate in Notion & Slack for project management and documentation.

Preferred Experience
Must have
2+ years of LinkedIn Content writing experience in SaaS or agency environment
Experience with customer-facing roles
Genuine curiosity about AI & testing new tools
"Everything is figureoutable" mindset
Fluent in English.
