About You
We are on the hunt for a talented, multi-disciplinary, well-rounded Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house Creative Marketing team.

You will partner with writers, product marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, sales, and external agencies to conceptualize, design, and produce design elements of integrated marketing campaigns, web pages, digital collateral, digital ads, social assets, HTML emails, videos, and print assets.

  • You are a highly motivated creative thinker who demonstrates a strong understanding of presentation, visual storytelling, graphic design, web design, marketing/advertising, social media/ad design and digital communications

  • You create authentic, meaningful experiences drawing on a keen sense of layout, typography, form, illustration, color, imagery, and composition

  • You intuitively understand a brand aesthetic and execute with respect to identity standards and guidelines

  • You are a self-starter and leader in your own role who can work autonomously and manage projects independently

  • You embrace change and iteration while seeking feedback to create better work tomorrow than you create today

  • You are adaptable and excel at time/project management, contributing to multiple projects at the same time without missing a beat

  • You think differently and ask “why” to ensure the big picture of messaging, copy and visuals combined tell powerful stories that tie back to our strategy and resonate with our target audience

Responsibilities

  • Create concepts and execute designs for integrated marketing campaigns spanning web, digital collateral, social, video, and print that uphold an established brand identit

  • Bridge the gap between design and technical implementation of web content to ensure our web presence is visually compelling while delivering a highly effective user experience that drives conversion rate

  • Design for maximum impact and usability on desktop, tablet and mobile alway

  • Develop wireframes, full-resolution page designs, and multiple variations of designs for A/B testing and optimization

  • Participate in creative meetings to provide feedback and collaboration on current/upcoming projects as well as present your work in team design reviews

  • Organize and maintain the digital creative assets you create for reuse establishing naming conventions and asset hierarchy

  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards while adhering to our design process

  • Contribute to the company brand guidelines, visual and graphic standards communicating with outside agencies when necessary

  • Work under the direction of the Creative Director to define priorities and sustain a high-delivery cadence of critical projects

  • Provide constant communication on active projects to ensure deadlines are achieved

Requirements

  • 6+ years of graphic / digital / multimedia design experience with an established digital agency, online media publication, ad agency or in-house creative team

  • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, etc.), MS Office, and PPT

  • Experience with the Ceros digital platform a plus

  • Experience with HTML/CSS, landing page design and optimization is a plus

  • Experience creating all forms of video content (long form, short form video content, 30 second commercials, social vids) is a plus

  • Proven record of learning, embracing, and applying an existing set of brand standards

  • Fundamental understanding of how visual media lives on popular social media outlets like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

  • A strong balance of identity, typography, and layout design skills

  • A solutions-oriented mentality with the ability to think differently and be a creative problem solver

  • Well organized, strong creative concept, design, and communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize, work quickly, multi-task, and under tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail

Travel

  • Minimal – occasional internal meetings and customer event

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
