Talent Acquisition Manager


We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who will take our talent acquisition to the next level and have a direct impact on YAZIO’s growth journey. Your goal will be to identify and hire the right people to join YAZIO, ensure a great candidate experience, and contribute to building our employer brand. If you enjoy operational recruiting for various tech and non-tech roles, while constantly improving structures and processes around talent acquisition, this role is the perfect fit for you.

This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.


  • You are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from defining the role and creating compelling job ads through to the final job offer, collaborating closely with our teams and hiring managers

  • Actively identify potential candidates, conduct video interviews, coordinate further steps, and empower hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions

  • Collaborate closely with our People Managers to hand the new team member for onboarding

  • Optimize our internal structures and workflows, striving for a great candidate experience, efficiency, and smooth collaboration

  • Identify and coordinate collaboration with external resources and support (e.g., agencies, platforms, etc.)

  • Further, develop and strengthen our employer brand by managing employer profiles and crafting campaigns for various channels to showcase YAZIO and attract top talent 

  • Proactively stay up to date on relevant tools and technologies to enhance performance and efficiency in talent acquisition


  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a scale-up environment

  • Experience with active and passive sourcing of candidates from tech-related fields

  • Structured and organized; capable of managing multiple recruitment projects in a dynamic remote environment

  • Passion for hands-on recruiting and interviewing 

  • Initiative to bring in new ideas and improve the status quo

  • Fan of remote work and active contributor to remote culture

  • Strong growth mindset: valuing feedback, always learning, welcoming change

  • Detail and goal-oriented with an independent work ethic

  • Experience using Google applications and relevant HR tools (e.g., Personio, LinkedIn Recruiter, experience with different ATS, etc.)

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), very good German is a plus

  • Interest in fitness and nutrition is a plus
