We’re now hiring a Senior Demand Generation Strategist to help lead our next chapter. This role is ideal for someone who wants to own client strategy across paid, organic, and full-funnel programs — and eventually step into a team leadership role as we scale. You’ll work closely with the founder and our operations lead to elevate how we deliver client value.
This is a player-coach role. You’ll lead accounts, shape strategy, and occasionally get your hands dirty to get things over the line. You’ll also help build the internal systems that make our delivery scalable and repeatable.
Responsibilities
Own the customer relationship as the senior technical SME.
Advise & consult with the customer on go-to-market & demand generation challenges.
Design strategies for holistic DG programs that can exceed customer goals.
Take ownership of campaign and program outcomes by guiding strategy, QA’ing deliverables, and ensuring they align with customer goals.
Partner with the founder to shape how strategy is delivered and communicated across accounts.
Document and improve delivery processes, with support from operations.
Coach junior strategists and freelancers when appropriate.
Identify when processes are unclear or missing — and proactively help fix them.
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing (Notion playbooks, ClickUp SOPs, Slack best practices).
Think outside the box on new programs & strategies to exceed targets.
Lead monthly/bi-weekly & quarterly meetings.
Set up Quarterly Business Reviews with customers to review performance, set the goals & strategy for the next quarter.
Understand B2B Attribution, Funnel Management, CAC & LTV Models.
What We Think Your Background Would Look Like
7+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS (agency preferred).
Proven track record managing enterprise B2B client relationships and driving measurable results.
Deep knowledge of paid media platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, YouTube) to guide strategy and provide meaningful feedback to execution teams.
Operational experience with Hubspot / Salesforce to understand reports/metrics & interpret data.
Experience with lifecycle emails, OOH, and event marketing is a plus.
Experience with ClickUp is a plus.
