Job Title: Paid Search Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Search Manager to own and scale our Google Ads campaigns as we continue our rapid growth trajectory.

You'll be the architect of our paid search strategy, directly impacting customer acquisition for a high-growth freight technology company. If you're passionate about B2B PPC, conversion optimization, and driving measurable ROI, we want to talk.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Google Ads Management - Own day-to-day campaign optimization, keyword research, ad copy testing, and bid management for significant advertising budgets

  2. Landing Page Optimization - Build and optimize conversion-focused landing pages in Webflow

  3. Conversion Tracking & Analytics - Implement robust tracking, analyze performance data, and create actionable reports in Metabase

  4. Campaign Strategy - Develop targeting strategies to reach manufacturing decision-makers across multiple business sizes and industries

  5. Performance Reporting - Deliver weekly performance analysis with clear recommendations for improvement

  6. Future Channel Expansion - Eventually expand to Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn as budget grows

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills

  • 3+ years hands-on Google Ads experience managing substantial advertising budgets

  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation campaigns

  • Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing

  • Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting tools

  • Proficiency in Webflow or similar website builders

  • Excel/Google Sheets expertise for data analysis

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities

  • Demonstrated patience and confidence when dealing with challenging situations

  • High emotional intelligence, innate curiousity in others, and a desire to help

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Preferred Experience:

  • Manufacturing, logistics, or industrial B2B marketing background

  • Experience with Metabase or similar BI tools

  • Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn Ads experience
