Salary: USD 2,500 – 4,000/month, depending on experience

Hours: Full-time (flexible, but overlap with 1pm–10pm PH time required)

We’ve grown fast. We’re profitable. We've got the sales team ready to take the leads. And now we’re building the next-level marketing engine that helps us scale and double our ARR within 2 years, with MRR as our north star.

This is where you come in.

We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to take full ownership of the marketing department, working directly with the CEO to turn vision into results. This is not a coordinator role. This is not a cushy gig. This is a role for someone who wants to own outcomes, lead a sharp team, and grow into the CMO seat within 24 months.


What You’ll Be Doing:

Own the Marketing Function

  • Define quarterly marketing Rocks, KPIs, and accountability structures

  • Translate business strategy into actionable marketing plans

  • Build dashboards that reveal truth, not vanity metrics

Build & Lead the Team

  • Hire, train, and manage a team of creatives, strategists, and performance marketers

  • Shape the marketing culture — smart, fast, lean, aligned

  • Conduct weekly standups, 1:1s, and retros that drive performance

Drive Revenue-Generating Growth

  • Oversee paid, organic, SEO, and partnership campaigns

  • Optimize content repurposing, lead magnets, cold traffic, and warm nurture

  • Make decisions based on first principles, not best practices

Act as Marketing Architect

  • Build scalable systems and SOPs that make the department run without chaos

  • Test and refine our content machine — long-form - short-form - pipeline

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, SEO, and Client Success


Who You Are

A strategic operator with an obsession for clarity and execution. You see the full picture, but know how to drive results one step at a time. You can lead people without being a micromanager. You’ve built systems before. You know what moves the needle.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in marketing strategy, performance marketing, or B2B growth

  • Proven experience leading teams and managing marketing calendars

  • Deep familiarity with SEO, content marketing, paid acquisition, and funnel building

  • Strong operator: you’ve worked with dashboards, KPI frameworks, PM tools

  • Confident communicator who can manage up, down, and across

  • Fluent in English — spoken and written

  • Preference for time zone overlap with SE Asia


Bonus Points If You...

  • Have scaled an agency, SaaS product, or B2B service from <$2M to $5M+

  • Speak the language of SEO and know the ecosystem of tools, forums, and voices

  • Have experience in multi-channel lead gen and attribution

  • Are excited by the idea of building something lasting with autonomy
