About the Role

We’re hiring a Demand Generation Strategist (Pod Lead) to own strategy, execution, and client outcomes for a portfolio of 4–6 B2B SaaS companies in mid-market, enterprise B2B SaaS Space.

You’ll lead a delivery pod composed of:

  • A DG Analyst or Manager (channel execution + reporting)

  • A Designer (landing pages, creative, asset production)

  • A fractional Marketing Ops resource (HubSpot, attribution, reporting setup)

As the Pod Lead, you’ll guide client strategy, lead calls, tell the story around the data, manage client relationships, manage deliverables, and coordinate your pod to hit KPI targets like SQLs and pipeline. You’ll report into the DG Team Lead, who supports accounts and oversees delivery standards, team coaching, and strategic QA.

This is a high-autonomy, high-ownership role — ideal for someone who’s ready to manage client strategy and lead a cross-functional team, without drowning in layers of hierarchy or bureaucracy & thrives in a fast paced agency environment.

What Your Background Might Look Like

  • 4–6+ years of B2B demand gen or growth marketing experience

  • Comfortable leading client relationships and owning strategy end-to-end

  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and lifecycle emails

  • HubSpot experience a plus

  • Data Storytelling. You are able to report to C-level stakeholders on what is important & why it matters without overwhelming them with numbers.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional execution (design, ops, analytics)

  • Confidence in client-facing communication — you can guide, challenge, and teach

  • Exposure to ABM and account segmentation is a plus

What a Pod Looks Like

Each pod typically includes:

  • You (Demand Strategist / Pod Lead)

  • A DG Analyst (channel execution, reporting)

  • A Designer (ads, landing pages, creative assets)

  • A shared Marketing Ops support (HubSpot builds, enrichment, lead routing)

You’re responsible for leading your pod, ensuring outcomes are hit, and keeping your clients happy.

Growth Path

As we scale, this role is a stepping stone to Senior Strategist / Account Lead, or Pod Director. You’ll get exposure to various programs and clients and be supported by our DG Lead and Ops Lead to grow your leadership skills, reporting capabilities, and experimentation frameworks.
