Marketing Manager - Lead Generation and Strategy

Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager at The Sponsorship Collective, you will be a strategic marketing leader driving our remote marketing efforts, with occasional quarterly travel for internal meetings. Your role centers on spearheading innovative strategies, collaborating cross-functionally, and reporting to the CEO. Over time, you will build and manage an internal team while overseeing external service providers.


Responsibilities

  • Innovate and execute lead generation strategies, generating 400 new calls per month for the sales team. This role demands a demonstrated history in lead generation strategies, encompassing content creation, ad management, and interactive content offerings.

  • Collaborate with the ad agency in crafting impactful ads, compelling copy, and successful lead magnets and campaigns. Manage the advertising budget, ensuring optimal performance metrics.

  • Develop comprehensive reports assessing lead generation and sales performance, utilizing data insights to enhance conversions and revenue. Record and analyze metrics, contributing to team productivity assessment.

  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, coordinating with copywriters to manage autoresponders, funnels, and regular marketing communication.

  • Elevate our social media presence by expanding follower bases on platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Develop and implement an editorial calendar, leveraging social media to boost leads and sales.

  • Manage freelance designers for creative needs, including branding, web properties, and video production.

  • Execute webinars and marketing campaigns seamlessly.

  • Drive content creation for various platforms, such as blog posts, YouTube videos, and daily shorts.

  • Continuously optimize funnel performance and communication efficacy.

  • Employ quantitative and strategic thinking, consistently testing new copy concepts and design strategies. Present results to management in a clear, actionable manner.

  • Provide daily updates to the CEO and leadership team.


Requirements

  • Hubspot experience is a must

  • Experience working remotely

  • Ability to travel quarterly for team meetings

  • 3+ years of experience with lead generation and sales funnels

  • 3+ years of experience with marketing strategy optimization

  • Solid understanding of SEO concepts preferred

  • Consistently exceed expectations and strive for over-delivery.

  • Excel as both a collaborative team member and a self-directed individual.

  • Possess a robust grasp of SEO, digital marketing, and funnel dynamics.

  • Proven success in direct response marketing and lead generation, including ad budget management.

  • Proficiency in crafting high-converting marketing copy.

  • Exceptional skills in social media writing, including adept use of hashtags, emojis, and acronyms.

  • Availability for a 37.5-hour workweek between 8AM - 6PM EST.

  • Equipped with a reliable computer, internet, and distraction-free workspace with webcam access.

  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot and GSuite tools (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, and Docs).

  • Prior HubSpot experience considered a strong asset.
