Who You Are:
As our next Vice President of Revenue, you bring a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing, consultative sales teams within owned media or performance marketing. You’re a senior sales leader who thinks strategically, executes with discipline, and leads with a high-energy, hunter mentality. You know how to translate go-to-market strategy into real revenue outcomes and bring a data-driven mindset to every decision. You know how to talk to brands that need to reach our shoppers.
You’re just as comfortable designing a scalable sales strategy as you are jumping in to close major deals. Your leadership fosters a culture of ambition, resilience, and continuous improvement, and you’re ready to take full ownership of our sales organization and drive the next phase of growth at a fast-moving, remote-first company.
What You Will Do:
Team Leadership & Culture
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team aligned to revenue growth goals
Foster a culture of ownership, resilience, and continuous learning
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute strategic plans targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise eCommerce brands
Own the full sales lifecycle from pipeline generation to close
Collaborate on pitch materials, sales messaging, and compensation plans that drive performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing, BI, Legal, and Finance to optimize lead flow, reporting, contracts, and sales operations
Deliver insights and performance reporting to executive leadership
Represent addShoppers at key events and stay on top of trends in eCommerce and martech, and adtech
Qualifications:
10+ years of sales leadership experience in eCommerce, media, or performance marketing
Demonstrated success scaling consultative sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue goals
Strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution capabilities
Skilled in negotiation, storytelling, and closing complex deals
Deep understanding of media sales and multi-touch attribution models
Experience selling to Affiliate Managers, VPs of Marketing, and CMOs
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, martech ecosystems, and CRM tools like NetSuite and Hubspot
Proven ability to create compensation programs aligned with company objectives
Thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with a bias for action and results
