We are looking for a motivated and talented Web3 Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and grow in the blockchain industry. This position is available for candidates globally.

Responsibilities

• Support the business development team in identifying and engaging with potential partners and clients in Web3, including proactive outreach.

• Assist in managing and optimizing multiple BD channels, including partnerships and accounts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the creation and delivery of tailored proposals and presentations.

• Help maintain accurate client interaction records using the CRM system/Notion.

• Stay informed about the latest developments and trends within the web3 gaming/AI/DePIN sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the tech or blockchain industry.

• Basic understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using CRM systems/Notion is preferred.
