Compensation: $60K–$75K base + performance bonus (fast growth path)

The Opportunity

Alleyoop is building a content-led beauty brand powered by TikTok, TikTok Shop, and creators. We're looking for someone who comes from the TikTok, creator, or TikTok Shop world and understands how content actually performs.

You are not being hired as a creator. You are being hired to analyze, break down, and scale winning content — going through large amounts of creator content, breaking down what's working and why, spotting winning patterns early, and turning those insights into clear direction for creators and the brand.

You'll work directly with a fast-moving team and have a major role in shaping how Alleyoop approaches content and TikTok Shop growth.

What You'll Own

Content Analysis

• Review high volumes of TikTok content daily, especially TikTok Shop and beauty content

• Break down hooks, structure, retention, messaging, product positioning, and formats

• Identify why certain videos generate views and sales while others don't

• Find winning concepts early and move quickly to scale them

• A winning concept is defined as 200K+ organic views or $1K+ TikTok Shop GMV

Pattern Recognition

• Spot trends across creators, affiliates, competitors, and the broader beauty category

• Identify repeatable formats that consistently drive views and sales

• Recognize emerging patterns before they become saturated

• Separate one-off viral videos from concepts that can actually be scaled

Performance Tracking

Own the numbers across the creator content system. Track weekly and monthly:

• Number of winning concepts identified

• Total views across creators

• Total TikTok Shop GMV

• Total videos posted, broken down by creator

• For the top 5 to 10 creators, track GMV per video, CVR, and total views

• Manage long-tail creators at the system level and flag creators or concepts that are beginning to scale

Concept Distribution & Scaling

Finding a winner is only the beginning. Once a concept works, you're responsible for pushing it through the system. Track and drive:

• Number of creators posting each winning concept

• Total remakes of each winner within days of identification

• Number of new hooks and angles tested against each concept

• Performance of each iteration

The goal is not just to find winners. It's to extract as much scale as possible from every winner.

System Building

• Turn winning insights into simple, repeatable content playbooks

• Standardize how creators approach hooks, formats, angles, and product storytelling

• Build a system where learnings from one creator improve the output of every creator

• Continuously improve how Alleyoop identifies, distributes, and scales content

Creator Direction

• Give creators clear direction based on actual performance data

• Help determine which concepts creators should remake, iterate on, or stop

• Support content strategy around product launches and major pushes

• Make sure creators know exactly what is working and what to create next

Alleyoop Brand Content

• Translate winning creator concepts into ideas for Alleyoop's own channels

• Generate new hooks, angles, and formats based on proven performance

• Track remakes of winning concepts on the brand account

• Track angles tested against each concept

• Help turn the brand account into another scalable content engine

Requirements

You Are

• You've spent serious time inside the TikTok and creator ecosystem

• You understand viral content beyond surface-level trends

• You've created content, managed creators, worked in TikTok Shop, or analyzed high volumes of performance content

• You can watch 100 videos and quickly identify what the top five have in common

• You enjoy figuring out why something worked, then testing whether it can work again

• You prefer high-growth, fast-moving environments over traditional corporate structures

• Extremely motivated and proactive — you don't wait around for instructions

• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail, and a clear thinker and communicator

• Comfortable moving quickly and making decisions from imperfect data

Qualifications

• Experience in TikTok, TikTok Shop, beauty, creator marketing, or performance content

• Deep understanding of what makes TikTok content perform

• Strong instinct for hooks, formats, trends, and consumer behavior

• Naturally good at recognizing patterns across large volumes of content

What Success Looks Like

• You consistently identify winning concepts before they peak

• Winning concepts are remade across multiple creators and angles within days

• Creator GMV and views trend upward week over week

• The team knows exactly which concepts, hooks, and formats are working

• Creators receive clear, data-backed direction

• Alleyoop's brand account continuously tests and scales proven concepts

• A repeatable content system exists that gets smarter and stronger every week
