Senior Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Tasks

• Establish and maintain productive business relationships with logistics service partners.

• Monitor and evaluate third-party logistics (3PL) companies in the market, and analyze existing service conditions.

• Develop new routes and directions for upcoming projects.

• Formulate a comprehensive warehouse strategy for the company.

• Conduct independent analysis and optimization of current tariffs.

• Identify and onboard new service providers while managing the existing contractor database.

• Monitor and ensure the profitability of transportation and warehousing operations.

Requirements

• Experience in the establishment and opening of warehouses

• Experience in organizing logistics for marketplaces and online stores

• Expertise in organizing logistics within European countries.

• In-depth knowledge of the European logistics operator market.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM.

• Strong team player with the ability to adhere to team guidelines, respond quickly, and make independent decisions.
