Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Azure Account Executive to drive customer acquisition efforts and manage the sales cycle for Archera’s Azure product. The ideal candidate places a strong emphasis on client relationship building as well as new business development, and has a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and startup sales. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive outbound sales of Azure services to Microsoft customers and partners.

- Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored cloud solutions with an emphasis on cost optimization and FinOps.

- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, consistently meeting revenue targets.

- Utilize CRM and sales tools to maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful deal execution.

-  Form successful relationships with clients throughout your assigned territory to provide technical and business value in collaboration with a Solutions Architect.

- Become a FinOps advisor on aspects of architecture and design.

-  Maintain and update CRM records (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, HubSpot) to track interactions and pipeline status

-  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in sales development

-  Demo the product offerings to prospects

Qualifications:

-  5+ years of experience in cloud sales

-  3+ years of experience selling Azure services to Microsoft customers/partners

-  Creative approach to targeted outbound strategy

-  Strong understanding of FinOps and cloud cost optimization concepts is a plus

-  Excellent communication and presentation skills

-  Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools

-  Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

-  Financial product sales experience, particularly in InsureTech (strongly preferred)

-  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
