Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development/Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth in the concrete chipping industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and propose suitable solutions to meet client requirements.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients.

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development and sales within the industrial or construction sectors, preferably in concrete or related industries.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed targets.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
