We’re hiring a remote Account Executive to grow our senior living accounts, convert leads into repeat buyers, and help expand our national footprint. This is an outbound sales role for someone who enjoys proactive outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building. The position starts part-time and is expected to ramp up to full-time based on performance. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Reach out to senior living communities by phone, email, and LinkedIn 

  • Qualify and follow up on leads (we’ll provide them and support you) 

  • Handle quoting and help close first-time orders 

  • Manage reorders and build lasting customer relationships 

  • Keep the CRM (Close) updated with notes and deal progress 

  • Work closely with the founder and ops team to refine the sales process 

  • Spot opportunities in other sectors as we grow 

What We’re Looking For 

  • An ultra-responsive mindset — quick follow-up and strong communication matter here 

  • Someone who values long-term relationships over chasing quick wins 

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales or account management experience (healthcare is a plus) 

  • Native or near-native English speaker with a clear American accent 

  • Available during U.S. business hours (ET/CT preferred) 

  • Comfortable making calls, chasing leads, and closing deals 

  • Organized, self-motivated, and reliable in a remote work environment 

  • Confident with tools like Close CRM, Clay AI, and other sales tech 

  • Bonus: Experience selling to U.S. senior living or healthcare buyers 

Structure 

This role begins part-time (about 20 hours/week) as a contractor, with a plan to move to full-time within 60-90 days based on results. We're looking for someone who can grow with us. 

Comp includes a monthly base plus commission on revenue you bring in. There are also performance bonuses tied to new account wins, growth, and retention. We'll go over the full breakdown with shortlisted candidates. 

Trial Period 

We kick off with a one-week paid trial to get a sense of fit. You’ll learn our system and workflow, and we’ll get a feel for your communication and follow-through. If it clicks, we’ll roll into the part-time role.
