The Opportunity

As a Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in developing educational content that captivates and transforms learning for teachers and students. Your expert knowledge in Religion studies will ensure that all content is not only useful but also tailored to the specific needs of our learners.

What you'll do

  • Develop educational written content, including high-quality video scripts, assessments and text lessons.

  • Translate curriculum documents into course and lesson plans that support teachers and enable students to achieve all curriculum requirements.

  • Translate complex syllabus dot points and concepts using your expert knowledge by writing clear and concise content tailored to the target audience.

  • Research and stay up-to-date on evidence-based educational methodologies and subject-specific knowledge to ensure content relevance, accuracy and effectiveness

  • Write to a strict style guide with content tailored to the target audience.

  • Independently manage your time, manage projects simultaneously, and routinely meet strict deadlines.

  • Collaborate with Visual Content Designers, Subject Team Leads and cross-functional teams as needed to create a final content product that delights our users, meets company objectives and reinforces our brand.

  • Contribute to the culture of learning and innovation through feedback, guidance, training, workshops and knowledge sharing.

What you'll bring to Atomi

  • Possess a high level of skill, deep knowledge, and expertise in secondary education Religion.

  • Strong understanding of effective content delivery principles.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • A genuine passion for education and instructional design.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

  • Proficiency in utilising project management tools or similar software.

  • Previous in-classroom teaching or tutoring experience is desirable.

  • Experience in learning theories, pedagogy and instructional design methodologies is desirable but not required. Training is provided.
